Call For Submissions
Her Majesty's Department for the Advancement of Sciences Society has issued a call for inventions and innovations for a series of expositions planned in the next year.
Each event will serve as a 'technology petting zoo' where engineers, designers or hobbyists can present their inventions to the guests and scientists of the department.
These Expo's is to showcase the amazing work of all kinds and ages of makers - anyone who embraces the do-it-yourself (or do-it-together) spirit and wants to share their accomplishments with an appreciative audience.
The first step to participating in an AoS Expo is to submit an entry that tells us about yourself and your project. Entries can be submitted from individuals as well as from groups, such as hobbyist clubs.
Please provide a short description of what you make and what you would like to bring to the event, including links to photographs and/or videos of your project. If accepted, you will be invited to present your work on stage, although this is not a compulsory requirement of taking part.
All submissions must be of a mechanical nature.
